I?m getting a divorce and myself and 3 sons are moving to Stratford, ON, Canada from the US.I?m a dual Canadian and US Citizen and Stratford is my hometown, I moved here 7 years ago and had 2 dogs. I could only bring one at a time so I had to leave one with my parents and go back and get him later. Since then they have both died. I now have 7 dogs and 2 cats that I adopted for my sons. Well I only adopted 2 Huskies and well you know how we got more! My main question is will I still have to travel back and forth 9 times to bring my animals to our new home? We are driving and It would be so much easier to take them all at once.
Check if the local regulations allow that many animals in a single houehold.
You can ship them by plane if you can afford it.
I googled and read many sites. There doesn?t seem to be a specific limit to the number of pet dogs or cats that you can bring to Canada.
Pit Bulls are prohibited, but you already knew that, I am sure so your Siberian Huskies are OK. Be sure you follow the rules about "commercial purposes" when coming with so many dogs as spelled out in the rules and you should have no problems.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency does have some general health regulation rules that you will have to obey, though. Read here:

As long as they?re pets, you can bring them. If you can fit them all in a vehicle, I can?t imagine why you wouldn?t be allowed to bring them all at once. You might want to bring vet records or something to prove they are simply pets and not being used in a commercial enterprise. It is, oddly enough, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency which controls animal imports. Go to their website, look for Animals on the right of the opening page, then Pet Imports on the left of the page that takes you to.
You better check how many dogs you can have in your new home. Many jurisdictions only let you have 3 adult dogs unless you have a kennel licence. You might get away with having 7 Chihuahuas if they don?t leave the house much, but 7 Huskies bounding around in the yard are sure to be noticed.
